Sarah Kinsley is a musician worth keeping an eye on. Just a few days ago, Genius published a feature on this emerging alt-pop singer and songwriter. Today, she makes her return with Fleeting, a synth-pop collection she characterizes as a “bright, punchy, irresistibly dynamic, shimmering, gateway to synth heaven.”

Co-produced by Kinsley alongside Jake Aron, Fleeting features the previously unveiled tracks “Lonely Touch” and “Fleeting.” As she explained to Genius, the project explores the core concepts of longing, emotional openness, and the transient nature of life.

“It’s a record about capturing those tiny fragments of experience before they slip away,” she noted. “Clinging to that single grain of sand, that exact second in time, or the way the light dances, all infused with intensity, yearning, and affection.”
